Sri Infotech Corporate Office is a thoughtfully designed workplace developed for an infrastructure development company, accommodating a workforce of over 150 employees. The project focuses on creating an efficient, organized, and future-ready work environment that reflects the company’s professional identity and operational structure. The office is strategically planned across multiple floors, with each level designated according to the hierarchy and functional requirements of different teams. This structured approach promotes seamless workflow, enhances collaboration, and ensures privacy where required.
A defining feature of the design is its efficient space planning, where every corner is optimized to maximize functionality. Each floor is given a distinct identity through carefully curated materials, lighting, and spatial elements, creating varied workplace experiences that support focus, collaboration, and employee well-being. The result is a contemporary office environment that balances operational efficiency with a strong design character, fostering productivity and growth.
The elevation of this contemporary office building is articulated by vertical concrete grids that generate a sequential rhythm on the floor-to-ceiling glazed window wall facade. This rhythmic backdrop of glass and concrete grids is intermittently punctuated and juxtaposed by balconies that form a compelling visual counterpoint.
The introduction of grey texture paint adds a layer of sophistication and contemporary allure to the facade. This design choice isn’t just a paint application; it’s an artistic statement that transforms the office exterior into a canvas of modern elegance.
