TEVA Architects is a multidisciplinary design practice based in Hyderabad, bringing together architecture, interiors, and landscape as a seamless and integrated design process. The name Teva, meaning nature, reflects our design philosophy that architecture should emerge from its surroundings rather than be imposed upon them. Every project begins with an understanding of its landscape, climate, culture, and people, allowing context to guide design decisions that are timeless, intuitive, and deeply rooted in place.
Our work is grounded in simplicity, material honesty, and clarity of structure. We believe architecture gains meaning through use and the passage of time rather than spectacle. By integrating architecture, interiors, and landscape into a cohesive experience, we strive to create environments that are enduring, functional, and emotionally connected to everyday life.

TEVA Architects was founded on a shared belief that meaningful architecture emerges through the balance of creativity, technical rigour, and a deep understanding of people and place.
Our journey began at Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University (JNAFAU), where we first crossed paths as architecture students. What started as an early academic association gradually evolved into a shared design philosophy, strengthened over the years through complementary experiences and a common curiosity about the built environment.
While our professional journeys followed different directions, they consistently informed one another. One of us explored architecture through construction management, execution, and the realities of building, while the other expanded into environmental planning, master planning, urban systems, and real estate strategy. Together, these diverse experiences shaped a multidisciplinary perspective that combines contextual thinking, research, technical precision, and design sensitivity, forming the foundation of our practice.
Established in 2022, TEVA Architects is the outcome of this collective journey. Today, the studio works across a wide range of typologies, including hospitality, residential, commercial, and institutional projects, approaching every project as an opportunity to create architecture that is thoughtful, context-sensitive, and deeply connected to nature. Our belief remains simple—that meaningful design is not defined by trends, but by an honest response to context, craftsmanship, materiality, and the people who experience it.
